To me, real estate is about building long-term relationships with my clients.
Growing up in an entrepreneurial environment taught me the value of hard work and how to lead a business to success. After completing my undergraduate degree at Queen’s University I went on to pursue my real estate sales person designation, and soon after, my broker designation. In 2013 I completed the Certified Negotiation Expert certification.
My real estate insight comes from much more than just helping my clients buy and sell their homes. Over the years and across the GTA, I have purchased, renovated, rented, and sold many different types of properties. From a bungalow in Old Oakville to a condo in King West, pre-construction projects in St. Lawrence Market, and 100 year old homes in Swansea, my diverse investment experiences have given me a first hand look into what each city, market, and type of home has to offer.
I have been consistently recognized in the real estate industry for my selling success and quality service. Here are a few of the recent awards and recognitions I have received:
•RE/MAX Chairman’s Club Award for 2015 and 2016 sales
•RE/MAX Platinum Club Award for 2013 and 2014 sales
•100% Club Award for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 sales
In 2015, 88% of my business came from referrals. Although that may sound like just another statistic, I believe that it really says something about my work ethic and the great relationships I have built with my clients. They know that when it comes to real estate, they can trust in me.
