Welcome to Swansea
Swansea and High Park almost go hand in hand, but there’s a lot to love about this residential enclave in the heart of Toronto’s West End. Spend a day in Swansea, and we’re sure you’ll fall in love with it!
What to Do
Swansea is an incredibly charming residential neighbourhood. The homes found on the hillside are some of the most beautiful in the city and have a serene, cottage-like feel to them that makes them incredibly attractive for buyers of all kinds. That’s why we’d simply recommend tackling the streets of the area, soaking up the vibe and maybe even checking out the Cheese Boutique while you’re at it.
Who Lives Here
Families, families, families. Swansea is set back from most major streets, so the intimate, windings roads of the area are perfect for young and established families.
How to Get Around
To the north is Jane Station, with easy access all around the city, as well as to the Queensway and the Gardiner Expressway. Most folks here love to walk the area, though, but it helps to have a selection of public transit options right at your fingertips.
Real Estate
Most of the houses in this area are freeholds, including semi-detached and detached single-family homes.
