To me, real estate is about building long-term relationships with my clients.
A graduate of Queen’s University, Amy earned her Honours degree in Urban and Economic Geography in 2004. She went on to attain her Real Estate Salesperson designation in 2007 and then in 2012 became a Real Estate Broker. Amy is the owner of Gilmore Property Group, a west end Toronto boutique realty firm which specializes in purchases, sales, and investment transactions for her client base, which after 16 years in the industry is heavily based on repeat and referral business. Annual sales volume for the team ranges between 20 to 25 million. Often being asked what is the secret sauce to her success, Amy’s response is the following “I am a home owner, I am a landlord, I have moved multiple times, and recently with children in tow, and more than simply understanding the process, I really do feel it. It’s much more than a bricks and mortar transaction. We don’t take the trust and influential position we have lightly.”
